For me, journaling, self-reflection, and asking Sarah for warning signs helped so much. I’ve seen your Diary comics posts all week, as Dairy comics, because of my lactose intolerance. =)
I always know when I'm near burnout, the problem is making the shift, which is why I like the idea of just planning a break. As a side note, I also keep accidentally writing dairy comics (I also can't handle consuming dairy)!
